    Registrants may purchase a single one- or two-day pass; passes may not be combined.
    Two-day conference passes are valid for any two (2) consecutive days of the conference: Sunday/Monday; Monday/Tuesday; Tuesday/Wednesday; or Wednesday/Thursday.
     

    Conference Alumni

     

    Individuals who are employees of IOUG member organizations and have attended the last two consecutive IOUG conferences are eligible for an Alumni Discount of USD $200 off the appropriate registration fee. Please note this applies only to the individual person who has attended and paid the full conference rate for the last two consecutive IOUG conferences (i.e., COLLABORATE 11 and COLLABORATE 12).     Registration Information

    Details for Special Registration Rates and Discounts

    • Offers only apply to Full Conference Registration.
    • A maximum of one discount per registration applies. Aside from the COLLABORATE 13 hotel discount, discounts cannot be combined.
    • Savings are applied to the current registration fee.

    Registration Cancellation Policy


    Cancellations received by March 6, 2013 are eligible for a full refund less a $250 processing fee. Cancellations received between March 7, 2013, and March 22, 2013, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations received after March 22, 2013. Cancellations must be received in writing to ioug@ioug.org or by fax to 312.245.1579 according to the following schedule:

    Conference Pass Substitution Policy


    Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to ioug@ioug.org or by fax to 312.245.1579 by Thursday, April 4, 2013. After Thursday, April 4, 2013, all substitutions must be completed on site. Payment for the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.
